The event took place on April 13-15, 2012 in Cincinnati, OH. Focus Fire transferred over 40 complete gaming stations with plenty of tournament games and 4 staff members who helped manage the equipment and assist with setup. The venue was enormous to say the least! It was estimated that there was around 25,000 sq. ft. of floor space, which is by far the largest venue for any EVO qualifying event to date. It was held at the Cincinnati Mall right next to the amazing Arcade Legacy. Top #FGC players from around the country attended including FC|NYChrisG, BT|Dieminion, TS|NerdJosh, FF.PM|Frankie, EMP|Sanford Kelly, MRN.MCZ|WolfKrone, TFA.RZR|Banana Ken,  IKizzLE, OSU|16 Bit and  IGL|B.A.L.A. There were plenty of things for players to do while waiting for their next match, whether it be playing arcade games at Arcade Legacy or playing casual matches as there were plenty of open stations at the event to practice up on. Sponsors of the event included Arcade Legacy, Art’s Hobbies, Autumn Games, Boss Fight TV, Dream Cancel, Dust Off, Gum Mods, Mod Junkiez, Phreak Mods, Sirlin Games & Test Your Might. Vic from Team Spooky did a tremendous job streaming the event throughout the course of the weekend. A huge thanks to all the guys at Arcade Legacy, what a great establishment they have going. They truly do everything for the love of the scene.
